 hungry  I took a ham off of one of my Turner Cattle Co. does to Herschaps in Orange Grove to have jerky made.  I just went over there and picked it up  5.5 lbs  @  $6.00/lb    $33.00....

Its really good! Highly recommended!  They only accept backstrap and hams!
